Parenting Conferences

If you are asking the Court to resolve parenting time and custody issues, there is a very high probability that you will be ordered by the Court to participate in a Parenting Conference at a cost to the parents of $600.00. You may be able to avoid manditory participation if you mediate parenting access and custody issues privately. You may wish to explore this possibility with your attorney, through the Court, or by contacting our office.
